"Decent tools, but I wish I’d known about the slow support"
The tools are okay overall and get the job done, but I regret not checking more reviews about the support first. Replies can be slow, which gets frustrating when you’re stuck and need help quickly

We’ve been using Weeztix with a few people on our team, and for the most part, the roles and permissions do what we need. That said, getting everything set up was a little confusing in the beginning, and I wish there was more flexibility around who can edit specific things. It’s not a dealbreaker, and the system definitely gets the job done, but it could feel a bit smoother. Overall, it’s okay, I just really wish it was a little more intuitive, because it’s frustrating when something small slows the whole team down

"Mostly fine, but checkout gave me a scare"
The site worked well for the most part. I could browse around, add stuff to my cart, compare items, go back and forth between pages, and everything loaded like I expected. But when I got to checkout, it froze once, which made me nervous. I wasn’t sure if my payment went through, if I needed to refresh, if I was going to get charged twice, or if my cart was about to disappear. It ended up being okay, but that one moment definitely made the whole experience feel a little less smooth...

"Payouts were easy and honestly kind of a relief"
I used Weeztix for selling tickets and yeah, the whole payment side was way smoother than I expected. People bought their tickets without any weird hiccups, payments went through fine, and the payout showed up when I thought it would, which is all I really wanted. The fees were clear enough too, so I wasn’t sitting there trying to figure out where money disappeared. And not having to chase anyone about the payout was a huge plus. Overall, happy with how it all went

My ticket confirmation didn’t show up right away, which at first made me think, "Yep, this is the kind of thing that usually happens with ticket sites." I messaged support, they replied faster than I expected. It took a little back and forth to get everything sorted, but they were friendly and explained things clearly. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but it did kind of confirm what I already hoped about Weeztix — that even if something goes a bit wrong, they’ll actually help you fix it. I’d use them again.

"Worked fine, but the privacy info played hide-and-seek"
I used weeztix once and, to be fair, everything worked fine. Nothing broke, no drama, tickets did what tickets are supposed to do. But trying to find clear info about their privacy stuff felt like a fun little scavenger hunt I definitely didn’t sign up for. I’d really appreciate a more obvious explanation of what data they keep and how long they keep it. Nothing bad happened, but it did leave me feeling a bit unsure.

"Decent promo tools, but they could do better"
We used Weeztix for an event, the marketing tools were fine for the basics. Setting up discount codes was simple, and sharing the event page around was painless, so I can’t really complain about that part.
That said, the promo side felt a little bare-bones. If a platform is going to support event organizers, I think it’s only fair to give them better options for things like email marketing and tracking where ticket sales are coming from. It works, but if you’re trying to run a more serious campaign, it doesn’t quite feel like enough.

Setting up the forms was straightforward, and exporting everything afterward didn’t turn into some annoying tech nightmare. "Pretty much worked like I expected"
I set up our event quickly, which kind of confirmed what I already thought going in, that it would be fairly straightforward. Managing tickets was clear enough, and everything ran well on the day. I did have to click around a bit to find one setting, but overall it did what we needed without much hassle.

I used Weeztix for our event and assumed check-in might get messy, but it was way easier than expected. Ticket scanning was fast, so we didn’t end up with a big line like I thought we might. Even our volunteers picked it up quickly without much explaining. Overall, really simple and smooth.

"Fair Pricing and Easy to Use"
I used Weeztix to buy tickets and overall had a good experience. The price felt fair, and while there were fees, they weren’t outrageous like you see on some other ticket sites. I do think it’s only right for companies to show the full total earlier, so people know exactly what they’re paying before getting too far into checkout. Still, the process was simple, and I’d use Weeztix again
